Arsenal have been informed of the price they must pay to sign Valencia striker Paco Alcacer.
The 18 year-old forward has been watched by Arsenal chief scout Steve Rowley and is looming as a January target for the Gunners.
Valencia are aware of Arsenal's interest, along with Barcelona, and are scrambling to open new contract talks with Alcacer.
Those close to the youngster believe a bid of £10 million will be too good for Valencia to refuse.
