Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli feels he can win the Ballon d'Or.
Though he admits he'll need Barcelona star Lionel Messi to go off the boil.
Balotelli made the claims on Telefoot.
"I think I can win the Ballon d'Or ... But Messi has to lower his level of play or I can not do it," smiled Balotelli.
