Barcelona have secured a penalty clause from Santos for star Neymar.
El Mundo Deportivo says Barca have negotiated a clause which will see Santos cough up a staggering €10 million should they sell Neymar to another club before the 2014 World Cup.
Real Madrid and Chelsea are also keen on Neymar, but Barca are clear favourites for the young Brazilian, whose father and agent both met with club president Sandro Rosell during the ClubWorld Cup in Japan to discuss personal terms.
Barca also haven't ruled out buying Neymar before 2014 and Rosell has made it clear to the club's football directors he's willing to pull the trigger earlier should they want him.
