Barca have branded the bid as "definitive".
"We are waiting for a response fromUdinese,” a spokesperson told Spanish news agency EFE.
“Barcelona made a definitive offer for the player and we will not change the parameters indicated.”
Although the details of this offer are not formally known, they are believed to be €27m cash plus another €13m in performance-related bonuses.
