Barcelona hope to close a deal for Sporting Gijon fullback Jose Angel this week.
AS says Barca sports chief Andoni Zubizarreta wants to close an agreement for the youngster in the coming days.
Barca hope to do business for Jose Angel for around €4 million.
The fullback will also be handed a contract worth €1.8 million-a-year - plus bonuses.
