Barcelona president Rosell in Europe today for Arsenal talks over Cesc

Barcelona are planning to open talks today over a deal for Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas.
The Daily Mail says Barca president Sandro Rosell will resume talks on Wednesday over the transfer of Fabregas after returning from a visit to the Copa America.
The Barca president has a good relationship with Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis but is determined to argue their £35m offer is fair as it includes compensation for former Barcelona teenagers Hector Bellerin and Jon Toral, who have joined Arsene Wenger's set-up.
Fabregas did gym work yesterday and that is likely to continue until a deal is done.
