Barcelona No2 Tito Vilanova says the Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas would perfectly into their playing system.
Barca are attempting to broker terms with Arsenal for their former junior star.
Vilanova told Sport: "The first thing I want to say is that Cesc can play in any team in the world, he has the unmistakable signs of being fromBarcelona.
"Cesc would fit nicely in the locker room, where he has many friends. His adaptation would be very fast because he knows how we play, we would not have to change our system.
"He is with Arsenal and we have to respect Arsene Wenger. Obviously the sooner we have the player the better, but the summer is very long and there is time."
