Arsenal board orders Wenger to spend Cesc, Nasri cash on quality signings

Arsenal's board are urging manager Arsene Wenger to go on a spending spree once Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri are sold.
The Daily Mail says Wenger has been told he should spend nearly all of the £58million recouped from the pending sales of Fabregas toBarcelona and Nasri toManchester City on improving hisArsenal squad.
A Gunners source said: "The manager will be given the majority of the money from those deals, if they go through, to reinvest in the squad. The money's there if the manager wants to spend it."
Wenger still has £20m from his original transfer kitty to spend and the Arsenal board want the Frenchman to sign replacements to match the quality of Fabregas and Nasri.
