Barcelona chief Faus: Without Qatar cash we would be small and poor

Barcelona finances chief Javier Faus says the club must rubberstamp their sponsorship with the Qatar Foundation or face economic ruin.

Members will vote on the controversial shirt sponsorship later this month.

Faus warned: "Barca, with or without Qatar, will remain Barca, though poorer and smaller. The members must vote with their conscience.

"In addition, Nike has already put on the market two million shirts with the inscription."
