Chile coach Claudio Borghi is delighted Alexis Sanchez is now a Barcelona player.
Borghi is close to the formerUdinese winger and admit he urged him to reject rivals Chelsea andManchester United and sign with Barca.
"Alexis is still a child, a boy of humble origins who is poised to be the best footballer in the world: I have a bet in this regard," smiled Borghi.
"His transfer was a soap opera.
"There was a time when there were other options, but I said go toBarcelona, do not hesitate. I know he can develop there."
