UEFA president Platini says Barcelona, Man Utd can carry ENORMOUS debts despite his Fair Play claims

UEFA president Michel Platini admits some large clubs will be allowed to build debt as part of their controversial Financial Fair Play laws.
Platini is determined to push through the plan, despite the inconsistencies.
Platini said: “The fair play ruling does not foresee any measures being taken against clubs who have enormous debts such as Manchester United orBarcelona.
“That doesn’t worry me, if those clubs can repay what they owe.
“When you buy a house, you are obliged to go into debt, aren’t you?
“But the devil is in the details and our panel of financial experts will be rightly ordered to prevent deals from happening that are against the new regulations.”
