Xabi Alonso says Real Madridare ready to win back the Liga title from Barcelona this season.
The former Liverpool midfielder is convinced they have bridged the gap on their bitter rivals.
"I need a league, I wish to touch the trophy this year," Alonso said. "I have been runner-up with Liverpool and again for two years in Madrid, it's time to get it."
