Barcelona have launched a bid for Costa Rica U17 international striker Jairo Ruiz.
Ruiz is tied to Deportivo Saprissa and impressed Barca scouts at the U17World Cup.
Agent Ricardo Cabanas revealed: "It's a good deal that is already on the table for Saprissa, they are now responsible for determining whether it is appropriate for all parties."
