Arsenal and Chelsea are circling Barcelona for superkid Gerard Deulofeu.
The Spain U19 international has been likened to Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo and is regarded the jewel in Barca's academy.
AS says Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is already a big fan of Deulofeu, having watched him in action during the summer's U19 European Championships.
Also present at the tournament was Arsenal chief scout Steve Rowley.
The winger's current deal has less than two years to run and carries the affordable buyout clause of €3.5 million.
